SNAP, or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, has challenging intricacies for applicants to understand. The SNAP Trainer, a Public Learning Media Laboratory project developed for Project Bread, simplified the application process into discrete, media-supported steps. The challenge of this project was to simply and concisely present a vast wealth of complex information.
